Reading Homework
From M-Th, all students will be responsible for reading for 20-30 minutes per night. Your child will be able to keep track of their reading using a reading BINGO card, and they will receive a new one every FRIDAY. Your child must begin by reading their assigned book and answering their comprehension questions on the Seesaw app. Then, they may read any book they’d like!
Your child will also be responsible for completing 1 spelling word activity each week. Every FRIDAY, your child will receive a list of spelling and sight words for the week ahead. On the back of the list, you will find a “Spelling Homework” menu. Please have your child complete 1 activity from the menu using the spelling words, and upload pictures of them to Seesaw by FRIDAY every week.
